How can I buy in the website?

Click in the chosen item and a product page will be displayed. In order to buy, click the button “Add to cart”. The item will be included in your shopping cart and you would be able to keep buying or check out.

Please bear in mind that all your personal data should be accurate in order to avoid confusions or mistakes in the delivery of the purchased items.

THEWHITEBRAND cannot be held responsible for any mistake in the billing or delivery addresses submitted by users. All personal data are confidential and will be used exclusively for fulfilling THEWHITEBRAND orders.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

You can pay by credit/debit card through Stripe. If you have a PayPal account, you can also use this payment method.

If you have doubts about the security of our website to make payments with your card, we confirm that you can buy with total security. The data on our website is transmitted SSL encrypted.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Spain (península and Baleares) and Portugal, from 24 to 72 hours (working days), shipment 4,95€ but FREE over 60€ (IVA excl.)

Out of Spain between 3 and 7 working days, but shipment according to the destination:

  • Ceuta, Melilla y Canary Islands: 15,66€ (no IVA)
  • Nearest Europe (France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg): 9,95€ (IVA incl.) but FREE over 120€ (IVA excl.)
  • Faraway Europe (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom): 15,95€ (IVA incl.) but FREE over 120€ (IVA excl.)
  • Rest and out of Europe (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Lebanon, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Oman, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, United States): 15,66€ (no IVA)

How do I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied for whatever reason, simply return them to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or free exchange.

If you request a change of size, all costs will be borne by the company in the case of applying in Iberian Peninsula. If this is not the case, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, and the cost of returning the goods by the company.

The cost of posting your returns to us is your own and we cannot reimburse you for this.

TheWhiteBrand shoes must be received unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. No return will be accepted if there are any alterations in the original package such as tapes or stickers.

How fits our footwear?

 

The models fit just the number, we recommend that you order your usual size. As for the weight, a pair weighs about 0.72 gr.

Can I make an exchange of a product?

Changes on sizes are accepted but not on the chosen model. Please contact us and we will give you further instructions to proceed.
